Service Description: The Provider will supply QR codes for equipment or assets, which, when scanned, connect to a\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003edigital log for maintenance record-keeping. The Service includes the following tiers:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eTier 1: Up to 10 assets + Monthly fee\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eTier 2: Up to 25 assets + Monthly fee\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eTier 3: Up to 50 assets + Monthly fee\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eTier 4: Up to 100 assets + Monthly fee\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eTier 5: Custom solutions exceeding 100 assets please email sales@pagelservices.net\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eEach tier includes:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eHosting and access to maintenance records\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eMonthly updates (if applicable)\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eTechnical support during standard business hours\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003e2. Subscription and Fees: The Client agrees to pay a monthly subscription fee based on the selected tier. Fees are subject\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eto the following conditions:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003ePayments are due on the first day of each month.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eLate payments may result in suspension of the Service.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eTier adjustments can be requested and will be prorated based on the change date.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003e3. Disclaimer:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eThe Provider is not liable for inaccuracies in the maintenance logs entered by the Client or its representatives.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eThe Service is intended to assist in record-keeping and does not replace regular maintenance, inspections, or other due\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003ediligence.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eThe Provider is not responsible for any equipment failures, damages, or losses resulting from reliance on the\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003emaintenance log or the QR Code Service.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003e4. Data Responsibility:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eThe Client is responsible for entering, updating, and managing all maintenance records associated with the Service.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eThe Provider will implement reasonable measures to secure the data but cannot guarantee protection against all\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003ecybersecurity risks.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003e5. Term and Termination:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eThe Service is provided via an up front cost plus on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eEither Party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days' written notice.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eThe Provider reserves the right to terminate the Service immediately in cases of non-payment, misuse, or violation of\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003ethis Agreement.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003e6. Limitation of Liability:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eThe Provider’s liability for any claim arising from this Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client in the\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003epreceding three months.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eThe Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or data.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003e7. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eWisconsin.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003e8. Amendments: The Provider reserves the right to update or amend this Agreement. Clients will be notified of changes\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003evia email or an online portal at least 30 days before changes take effect.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003e9.
